If you have a Juniper User Account and require password assistance you may use the options in the table at the right hand side of this page.

  • J-Partners if you require access to the Juniper Partner Center, please use your company's 10-digit J-Partner Authorization Code to Create a User Account. If you do not have your company's 10-digit J-Partner Authorization Code, please contact your juniper Partner Account Manager.
  • Support Customers if you require access to the online Customer Support Center (CSC), please use either your Customer Authorization Code, Product Serial Number, Software Support Reference Number or Cloud Marketplace Credentials to Create a User Account
