Login Assistance

Customers and Partners with an existing approved account requiring Technical or Non-Technical assistance please create a Service Request using our Service Request Manager. Alternatively you may Contact Customer Support via telephone so that they may create a Service Request on your behalf.

    Guest and Cloud users with an existing approved account wishing to discuss options for account upgrade or to evaluate our software products please Contact Customer Support via telephone.

      If you have an existing approved user account and require password assistance, you may use the options in the table at the right.

        To create a new user account:

                      
            • Customers - If you require access to the online Juniper Customer Support Center (CSC), please create a user login account using the link in the table at the right. You will be required to provide either your Product Serial Number, Software Support Reference Number, Customer Authorization Code, or Cloud Marketplace credentials for authentication.
            •         
            • J-Partners - If you require access to the Juniper Partner Center, please create a J-Partner user account using the link in the table at the right. You will be required to provide your companies 10-digit J-Partner Authorization Code to ensure you are linked to your company's profile. If you do not have your companies J-Partner Authorization Code, then please contact your Juniper Partner Account Manager.

              As an ongoing security policy, all partners are required to change their login password every 365 days.

            • Cloud Marketplace - If you have purchased a PAYG (Hourly or Yearly) Juniper subscription directly from a Cloud Marketplace, please create a Cloud User account using the link in the table at the right. You will be required to provide your Cloud Marketplace credentials for authentication.
            •         
            • Guests - If you do not currently own a Juniper product and require access to J-Net Discussion Forums or EngNet, vLabs, and other JCL tools, please create a Guest User account by clicking the link in the table at the right.
